Personal Training

Get back in shape with one on one personal training.  We work on developmental movements, somatic exercises to help you get back in tune with your body, range of motion, and developing strength and stability through the complete range of motion.  Training with me consists almost entirely of bodyweight exercises, but the program is tailored to meet your specific fitness goals.

2 sessions / week:  $500 / month

3 sessions / week:  $650 / month
